acer aspire 3020 - nece u hibernate

ok, baterija mi je crkla, a dugo mu triba da se "digne", pa sam tija stavit ga u hibernate...

kad ga enable-am, i stavim apply, dobijem ovu poruk

sto ga koristi i kako postaviti hibernate?
