Ovo je peticija koju je poslalo več dosta Hrvata na mail od fibe pa Vas stog molim da im se pridružite.

Just ridiculous. You must be very proud of yourselfs. This was a steal of the century and we all know it..
The refereeing was godawful, even Spanish fans will agree with that.
But you know, Spanish fans should not feel ashamed about what happened. They were just in the right place at the right time.
Croatia had to be stopped. It was clear from the beggining. No Croas were allowed to bring the Croatian flag to the Belgrade arena and we also had some trouble at the border.

All in all, it's pretty clear what happened.

You're a big sheep. You had to do it, you had to stop this team that was hands down the best team in the tournament.

Despite the fact that the game was fixed, despite all of our injuries (not your problem, I know) this Croatian team outplayed Span badly.

Marko Tomas grabbed that key rebound. He obviously had it in his hands but Fran Vasquez pushed him, Tomas lost balance in the air and it was just terrible.

Even a blind man could have seen what happened. The foul on Tomas was so obvious that it's not even funny.

You know, we won't let this go by just like that because we're not alone.

Everyone is talking about this ridiculos refereeing.

Turkish media, Spanish media, Serbian media, Lithuanian media, Croatian media, Bosnian media..

It was obvious, dear gentleman...it was obvious.

Here's a little scoop from the Spanish newspapers.

Here's what it says

"Sin alegría, ni ilusión, ni fe en sus rostros. Tampoco es de extrañar. Ayer no jugaban ellos. Jugaban los árbitros." ( Our players had no happiness, no hope, no faith in their faces. Is not strange, Yesterday they were not playing, It was the referees who were playing)


It's obvious....very obvious.

You gentleman made a mistake, big mistake.

You robbed the best team in the tournament and I pray god you pay for that somehow.

I'm sick of your shameful action against Croatia. Just sick of you.

Sick of FIBA, sick of politics into sport, sick of corrupted European basketball...sick of you, gentleman.

You know it's bad when even the Spanish media is trying to cheer their fans up by saying that they should not be ashamed of their luck.

Here's a bit more from the Spanish media/fans.

The new "wall" has not been erected because the refs were not trying to help any team, Spain in this case. Spain just happened to be there and took advantage of the circumstances. We (spaniards) should not be ashamed of the luck of our team. Are the international bodies (in reference to FIBA) who run the game, keeping with different names the same dirty tricks. Their whole goal was to stop Croatia.

If they were not allowed to win the European Championship in Belgrade, it is much better if they go home early. If not a sinlge croatian flag was allowed in the stand (not a single one), if at the serbian borders the croatian citizens travelling to Belgrade were not allowed to go any further... Well... why did they allow to celebrate this tournament in Serbia???

It's obvious. Very obvious.

Be ashamed of yourselfs. Be very ashamed.This is just one of the reasons why the NBA and American basketball will always be years ahead of European basketball and your corrupted organization.

This game could have put the European basketball back on the map. It was a great game for any true basketball fan to watch...but you gentleman had to ruin it with the shameful fixing of the game.

If I were you, I couldn't even look in the mirror anymore because I would feel too ashamed to see my own face.
In fact, I'd just put some large box on my face and try to hide it for the rest of the eternety.

Good job FIBA. You sure take good care of European basketball.

I can't choose words anymore. It's too hard...

Boycott FIBA.
