Life is like Vin Diesel...it's bald and it's in a lot of bad movies!
Hvala faraone, super serija.

Terry Goodkind
Terry Goodkind (born 1948 in Omaha, Nebraska, USA) is a contemporary American writer and author of the best-selling epic fantasy series The Sword of Truth, which according to his publisher Tor Books in an August 2006 press release has more than 10 million copies in print and has been translated into 20 different languages. In a recent Publishers Weekly article, it was reported that Goodkind has sold 25 million copies worldwide.
Despite being placed in the fantasy genre by others, Goodkind perceives himself more as a novelist in philosophical topics than as a novelist in the fantasy genre. Goodkind believes that using the fantasy genre allows him to better tell his stories and better convey the human themes and emotions that he desires to share with the reader. Regardless of the genre of his novels, Goodkind states his main goal in writing is to inspire.
Goodkind's novels include the following:
* Wizard's First Rule (1994)
* Stone of Tears (1995)
* Blood of the Fold (1996)
* Temple of the Winds (1997)
* Soul of the Fire (1999)
* Faith of the Fallen (2000)
* The Pillars of Creation (2002)
* Naked Empire (2003)
* Chainfire (2005)
* Phantom (2006)
* Confessor (2007)
In addition, Goodkind wrote a novella titled Debt of Bones for the 1998 anthology Legends, edited by Robert Silverberg. The novel takes place in the Sword of Truth universe and is set a few decades before the events in the main series. In 2001, the story was published as a stand-alone book.
The last book in the current story arc, titled Confessor, was released on November 13, 2007.
In June 2008, Goodkind signed a contract to publish three mainstream novels with G.P. Putnam's Sons/Penguin Books. The first of these novels is titled "The Law of Nines," and is scheduled for release August 18, 2009.

The series continues with Stone of Tears, which immediately follow the events that occurred in Wizard's First Rule. Unbeknownst to Richard, the opening of the boxes of Orden has torn the veil between the worlds of the living and the dead, allowing minions of the Keeper to come forth. Richard and Kahlan return to the Mud People's village and decide to marry. However, they are separated when Richard is captured by the Sisters of the Light and taken to the Old World where he is trapped in a spell of time. While on her way to Aydindril to find Zedd, Kahlan witnesses the beginning of the Imperial Order's invasion into the New World. Upon reaching Aydindril, Kahlan discovers that her people have been corrupted by the Order and is sentenced to death. Meanwhile, at the Palace of the Prophets, Richard learns more about magic, prophecies, and his identity. He escapes the Palace and returns to D'Hara to stop the Keeper from escaping from the Underworld. The novel ends with Richard discovering that Kahlan is safe outside Aydindril with her identity shielded by Zedd, and Kahlan being reassured that Richard has returned to the New World.

'Seeker' gets second look
Disney renews drama for second season
By CYNTHIA LITTLETON
Disney's experiment in reviving the firstrun syndie drama biz with the Sam Raimi-produced "Legend of the Seeker" has paid off with a second-season renewal on the Tribune Broadcasting stations.
Filmed in New Zealand and based on Terry Goodkind's "Sword of Truth" book series, "Seeker" has delivered a credible 2.0 household rating or so in its run to date. It scored a 1.6 household rating for the week ended Jan. 11.
Its two-hour preem in November posted a 2.9, indicating an appetite among viewers for the kitschy fantasy-action genre that peaked in the late 1990s with "Hercules: The Legendary Journeys" and "Xena: Warrior Princess."
Disney-ABC Domestic Television is also filling a void for TV stations such as Tribune's CW affils that used to thrive with firstrun dramas. Tribune stations run "Seeker," a "Lord of the Rings"-esque vehicle, on Saturday nights when there is no CW-supplied programming.
Tribune's stations account for 35% of "Seeker's" national clearances and cover most of its key top markets.
